The unit is behind the main house with a separate entrance, currently the main house is occupied by the landlords. Month to Month $1,950 - Rent includes all reasonable use of utilities and Wi-Fi. Best for 1 person, willing to consider couples for additional rent. Security Deposit is one month rent, plus fist month’s rent NO Cigarette Smoking.
