Fully furnished, short-term and long-term rental for a maximum of two people, minimum 3-month stay. Traveling nurses and other short-term renters are welcome. Casita on 6.5 acres, in a heavily forested, rustic, country setting. Please note: this private property also has the main house where the owner and manager reside, it has rocky, uneven terrane with hidden footfalls that can cause a person to trip, fall, and even hurt oneself. Therefore, renters and their guests are responsible for themselves while on the property. Designated, off-street parking on gravel drive in front of casita. All-wheel or 4-wheel drive is recommended for the winter renter due to the occasional 1"- 9" arrival of snow that can make driving the 15 to 20-degree incline on the driveway a challenge. Renters are responsible for clearing winter snow on their walkway, parking area and drive to the main road. There is the occasional, distant sound of I-25 traffic. Easy I-25 access. Approximately 15 minutes door to door to Las Vegas municipal buildings, Alta Vista Regional Hospital, colleges and historic Plaza. 50-minute drive to Santa Fe and Toas, 90 minutes to Albuquerque. This is a non-smoking property. Fee requirements from renters for 3 month minimum: $1350 for first month's rent plus $1350 for the security deposit. Six-month rental or longer: First and last month's rent $2500, security deposit $1250 and a $100 background check fee. $500,000 Renter's Liability Insurance required. Water and sewer fees for service is $25 per month. Propane, electrical usage plus $10.85fee for service, approximately $10.85 per month, cable and internet are not included in rent. $50 gate control deposit and $150 utilities deposit. Internet and ROKU may be tethered to renter's phone/Wi-fi for service. Please note: There is no bathtub, only a step-up shower. Washer and dryer available for use on the premises for $3.00 per load.
