MOVE IN November 1st 🏘Room Ready to Rent in Greenwood/Northgate Seattle * we are willing to work with the price for the right tenant* 🏠 Hey all, my husband and I are looking for a roommate in our 6 bedroom 2 bathroom house.We are currently "renting-to own" our home in Northgate Seattle. Though we only plan on renting one room, while we fix up the house to be our forever home. :) 🏠 My husband works for a very popular entertainment company 5 days a week, and I am a house wife that works on the house or on sewing in my craft room. My husband brings swag home on occasion, that he'd be happy to share with our new tenant! 🏠 Utilities: Wifi is split ($40 each) Water, sewer, garbage, & electric are split evenly amongst tenants. 🏠Amenities/Facilities: -Bathrooms: since the house has only one bathroom per floor, both bathrooms are communal to avoid having to go out of the way just to simply use the bathroom. However, the downstairs shower and vanity space is all yours. The bathrooms are all just open to guests as well though, with reasonable exception of course. -Bedroom (Not furnished): this unit is presently being used by the current tenant, and the furnishings above are their choice of decor. It offers lots of space to furnish it your way! -Parking: Our house has parking for one other car. We don't need a vehicle that will just sit, so just make sure the car is working and it's a non issue. Parking here will not be an extra charge. - Full kitchen utensil use: Unless we say it isn't usable, you can use any of the cookware in the kitchen. No need to bring anything unless you want to. -Our house is right next to several transit stops as well as the new Northgate light rail 🚈. -You're free to use livingroom TV, & Gaming room! -full linens provided for bathroom. -Shed Storage, we have a shed in the backyard and don't mind allowing you to store some seasonal items! 🏠 Move in cost & date: -Cost of move in, We won't ask for last months. We'd just require 1st months. We'd just appreciate you telling us 3 months in advance notice if you planned on moving out so we could bill plan accordingly. It's already hard to move in the city. We'd like to make it easier. -Move in available date: December 1st or November 1st(at the earliest). ***Total amount for move in: $1200/ month Property fees: Deposit (Non-Refundable) $150.00 Utilities (monthly or split evenly*which ever tenant prefers) $150.00 Cleaning Fee (one time fee) $100.00 The total move in cost: $1600 The total monthly cost: $1350 * we are willing to work with the price for the right tenant* 🏠Why are we looking for a roommate? Our current roommate is my husband's former boss's daughter. His boss passed and his daughter needed a temporary home. We want someone to stay as long as they'd like*the longer the better*, we plan on staying here for several years and building our family here eventually. 🏠 No credit check or background checks, Am only concerned if you would be able to pay my rent on time. So proof of employment and standard residential documents will be required at signing. 🏠Photos above: -The photo with just a bed, armoire, & Desk is the room for rent. The bed in the photo is a queen sized bed and there is STILL room for more furniture! So get after it 😏. -the room with all the pokemon stuff, is our gaming room you'd have access to as part of a common space. -the video depicts the storage space you'd have in the bathroom to yourself. -my husband and I really love pokemon so I included a photo of us to show our personality as we dressed up for Halloween 🎃.
