Hello, I’m subleasing my apartment. The apartment complex is called Tierra vida luxury apartments on la cholla and Magee. The lease is up march 28 2026 so there is about 7 months left on it. The reason I want to get out of the lease is because I can no longer afford it anymore. It will be available to move in as soon as October 1st. The requirements the apartment complex has to take over the lease is you must have proof of income for 3 times the lease. The complex requires you to submit an application for the lease and they charge 50 dollars. If you are approved and take over the lease I will personally reimburse you for the cost of the application as an incentive to take over the lease. The apartment comes with a washer and dryer inside the unit that is provided by the complex. Please contact me if interested. Thank you.
