About Kenney Construction, Inc. Kenney Construction specializes in foundations, structural steel, and deep foundation systems including caissons, tiebacks, and micropiles. We deliver heavy civil and structural work with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule. We are hiring a hands on Construction Project Manager to lead a project in Guadalupe while supporting operations from our Santa Barbara office. Position Summary The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and oversee civil and concrete construction activities for a project in Guadalupe, CA, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, on budget, and to quality standards. The ideal candidate has project management experience in civil construction and/or concrete work, strong communication skills, and excellent attention to detail. The role will require regular travel to the Guadalupe site and occasional regional travel.
