Description

CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Office of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with assessment and analysis work to improve financial planning, execution, reporting and analysis across all phases of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution cycle. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide analytical and subject matter expertise to the CFO and subordinate offices. Coordinate with internal and external customers to develop process improvements, and communicate new processes to stakeholders. Process Government Travel Vouchers. Transaction Reconciliation. Intra-Governmental Transactions (IGT). Intra-Governmental Payments and Collections (IPAC). Government Travel Card Management (GTCC). Transactions by Others (TBO). Develop and maintain positive communications with program management, client stakeholders, and key personnel. Coordinate with third-party vendors. Conduct special cost studies. Perform benchmarking. Analyze data and identify solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency for processing transactions. Identify lessons learned to establish trends and resolutions to improve effectiveness. Update and document current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); implement approved processes. Perform economic, regulatory, and data analysis. Post business transactions, provide financial, administrative and audit support to the organization. Provide support in completing monthly and annual tasks in support of audit readiness. Conduct Accounting Operations Tasks (Accounts Receivable and Payable Functions). Post business transactions, provide financial, administrative and audit support. Manage DIA debt processing and confidential military purchase fund transactions. Billing Cycle Management. Expected salary range: $80,000-$100,000. Multiple positions may be hired from this announcement. This position is contingent on vacancy. Work Environment: Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
