Second set of hands for adult(s) with disabilities (Catalina Foothills)

I have two special needs adult children (one is 23 and has moderate Autism and the other is 26 and is non-ambulatory and non-verbal). I am looking for someone to come M/W/F/Sat mornings to tube feed, dress, transfer my son into his wheelchair and drive him to his program which is five minutes away (not on Saturdays). We have a lift to use for transfers. My middle son with Autism doesn't require any care, just supervision and may or many not be home at those times. Times can be flexible depending on schedule of caregive. Tuesdays I will need someone to pick my oldest son up at his program and then transfer him to the floor and feed and dress him as needed. I am looking for someone who is comfortable working with this population and is willing to become certified as a care provider with the State of Arizona. More hours can be available.
