Supervise and provide guidance to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Conduct regular assessments of patient care practices and implement measures to improve patient outcomes. Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers while ensuring proper documentation and continuity of care.
