As an RN Supervisor, you will oversee nursing staff, manage patient care programs, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Pay: (Weekly; Every Thursday via Direct Deposit) Work Period: Sunday through Saturday Openings 1 opening for Part-Time – Saturdays only (1x/week) 1 Opening for Weekends Only or Every Other Weekend | 3 PM – 11 PM Part-Time | 11 PM – 7 AM Per-Diem | All Shifts Your Responsibilities: Supervise and support the nursing staff, promoting high standards of clinical practice. Conduct patient assessments and ensure the implementation of care plans tailored to meet individual needs. Facilitate effective communication with medical staff and families regarding patient care plans and progress. Lead incident investigations and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care quality. Manage staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and maintain workflow efficiency. Provide training and orientation for new nursing staff, fostering their professional development. #IND2 Requirements Qualifications: Active RN license in the state of [NY]. Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is a plus. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is beneficial.
