Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with accurate information. Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently to optimize client flow. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and waiting room. Handle client check-ins and check-outs smoothly and efficiently. Process payments, manage billing inquiries, and maintain accurate financial records. Assist in managing inventory of office supplies and promotional materials. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or customer service is a plus. Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in using computer systems and software, including scheduling and payment processing applications. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanor. A passion for health, wellness, and fitness is highly desirable.
