ROLE HIGHLIGHTS - What to expect as a Regional Nurse Home Care Case Manager As Regional Nurse (RN) Home Care Case Manager, you oversee the nursing standards for the Caring for Family of Companies. You're responsible for the highest quality of case management and care for Clients – as well as providing high caliber Caregiver training and professional development.
