compensation: 18/hr Client to client/ not facility employment type: part-time job title: Caregiver We are seeking a Caregiver to care for our clients in a professional and compassionate manner. You will assist in the daily care of elderly or disabled individuals. The ideal candidate will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help clients. Responsibilities: Assisting with personal care, which may include bathroom functions, bathing, dressing, and eating, meal preparation, Remind clients to take prescribed medication . Ensuring the client’s home is organized according to their needs and that safety measures are in place. You may also be expected to assist with some light housework. Providing emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks. Providing mobility assistance may be required, for example helping the client in and out of bed, a chair, or a wheelchair. Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needs. Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency Report any unusual incidents Qualifications: Previous experience in personal care or other related fields Compassionate and caring demeanor Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards Ability to build rapport with clients Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to pass a background check High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
