ShareDisabled man living in Newton Highlands needs assistance with personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and other related healthcare needs. I want to hire a part-time personal care assistants (PCAs) for 30 hours a week to begin work by mid October, 2025. Please note, this could turn into a full-time live-in position in 2027, if my current live-in PCA leaves. I need someone whom is able to work from 1:30 PM to 7:30 PM Monday through Friday. However, the times could change. Please note the number of hours is subject to change based on the number of weekly PCA hours Masshealth approves for me yearly. I'm looking for someone that speaks English, has a drivers license, and has an excellent record, always punctual, has their own transportation, honest, hard-working. Applicants must be fully vaccinated against the corona virus. You must not smoke, and this includes vaping in my home. You must be either an American citizen or have permission to work in the United States, and you must have a Social Security number. I want to start interviewing prospective candidates for this position by the last week in August. You will need at least three references, and one of the references must be from a job you worked at other than as a PCA. Please note this is not private pay. Masshealth pays for the PCA program.
