Ideal candidates are: Team players with a positive attitude Organized and detail-oriented Punctual and reliable Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting Experienced in dental front office operations, including treatment coordination and appointment efficiency Key Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Answer phones, schedule, and reschedule appointments Verify insurance and collect necessary patient information Assist with billing and payment processing Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications: Prior dental receptionist/front desk experience required Familiarity with dental software systems such as Eaglesoft is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus If you are friendly, proactive, and passionate about patient care, we encourage you to apply and become a part of our dedicated team.
