Familiarity with community resources for physical, emotional, spiritual, and economic support. Understanding of confidentiality, patient rights, ethical standards, and relevant laws. Ability to manage emergencies, including overdose and withdrawal. Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills. Comfortable adapting to changing schedules and job duties within a team setting. Work Environment: Primarily indoor, temperature-controlled work environment (80–90% of the time).
