Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for supervising radiology support staff, maintaining workflow efficiency, and ensuring high standards of patient care. The ideal candidate will be a Certified and Registered Radiologic Technologist (CRT, ARRT) with a passion for leading teams and developing talent.   Key Responsibilities   Supervise Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of front office staff, tech assistants, and various imaging modalities. Team Leadership and Development: Act as a role model, delegating responsibilities, training new employees, and conducting thorough performance evaluations. Requirements Qualifications   Education: Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in the field. Management experience is not required. Certifications & Licenses: Current Radiologic Technologist license from the State of California (CRT).
