HYGIENIST 1-2 days/wk (Flex time: $70+/hr) (Lake Oswego)

Partially Retired, or New Grads Welcome! (New grads? Will train.) Dental hygiene is a wonderful career to help others enjoy years, and decades of health. Likewise, it is also a profession that offers you personal growth, most up-to-date health education and if done right, much freedom to enjoy your private time with friends and family. We look for an amazing hygienist who is interested in long-term health and is a great promoter of health. The repetitive movements in hygiene care can be taxing to your body. Over the years, we employed methods and invested in equipment to lessen this burden on the body as well as to offer our dear patients more advanced, thorough care. Currently, we have one GBT unit (guided biofilm therapy) and dream to own another next year--and we want to make it happen! Many of us are also a parent, and committing to work 8-5 can be hard on our family sometimes. So we look for someone who has an excellent attendance in exchange for giving the freedom to set her/his own hours for a better work-private time balance. Available days for this position are M, Tu, W. Starting time for patient care is 8:00 but we start the huddle at 7:30am. Dentists see patients until 5 but hygienists can finish up to the time available to work. RDH with extra certifications like Laser, Phlebotomy, MFT, or other healthcare certifications is preferred but your passion for making the world a better, healthier place is equally appreciated instead. In 2026, we plan to begin offering Facial Aesthetics therapy as well so look for someone who is curious about natural beauty. With this position being a part-time, we cannot offer medical but dental care and retirement plan participation are a part of your benefit.
