What You’ll Do: Assist in executing personalized treatment plans created by the licensed Physical Therapist with care and professionalism. Engage clients in therapeutic exercises designed to improve strength, balance, and mobility, ensuring a fun session that encourages their progress! Educate clients and their families on exercises and mobility techniques, making rehab a team effort—no one’s in this alone! Track clients' progress accurately and thoughtfully, adapting treatment as necessary to meet their evolving needs. Work harmoniously alongside a dynamic healthcare team, ensuring everyone stays informed and coordinated. Maintain open and welcoming communication with clients and their families, making sure they feel supported every step of the way. We're excited to welcome someone who shares our passion for client care! Requirements A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program. Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Michigan. CPR certification to ensure safety first! Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships. An ability to work independently while also valuing teamwork. Flexibility and adaptability to meet our clients’ diverse needs.
