Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.

Must have knowledge of plumbing, painting, carpentry, minor appliance repair, basic HVAC, flooring, garbage disposal install, tools and equipment related to maintenance, & overall property maintenance. Duties include but not limited to- apartment turn-overs- from painting to cleaning, building inspections, grounds upkeep, snow removal, daily maintenance requests, working with tenants, assisting outside sub-contractors, preventative maintenance, garbage removal, rug cleaning, replacing appliances.
