Key Responsibilities: Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out process ,Schedule and confirm appointments ,Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries, Maintain patient records with confidentiality , Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, bilingual preferred Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred Dental Insurance Biller : Managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and maintaining patient records. Experience in dental insurance billing. Requirements: Familiarity with online Dental billing software and Denti-CAL is essential. Strong communication and organizational skills.
