Immediate Need: We currently have one long-term client requiring 15 hours per week of nursing care. This client’s care begins immediately and will form the base of your weekly schedule. Position Overview: This is a hybrid role, involving in-home visits (private residences and care facilities) as well as office-based documentation and planning.
