ShareHealth Advocates is seeking a detailed-oriented Coordinator to support our team's daily operations for our main office. This role involves coordinating tasks across departments and ensuring smooth communication to keep projects on track.. Job Summary Under direct supervision provides moderately complex clerical support within an assigned department. Job responsibilities include: receive incoming mail, respond to inquiries in writing, by phone, email, and fax, sort and distribute correspondence and reports, generate computer reports, enter data into a paperless date entry system, prepare email requests, request and gather documents, retrieve and file correspondence, scanning, faxing, copying, distribute various reports and data, maintain and update various department logs and journals, and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications •High School diploma or GED equivalent required; Medical Billing and Coding or related certificate helpful •1 or more years of experience performing moderately complex general office assignments in a government, private, or public service organization •Medical office experience helpful (Dr's office, hospital, urgent care, etc) •Knowledge of insurance verification, medical billing and coding, medical records helpful •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills •Ability to work independently and with others •Strong data entry and auditing skills •Ability to multitask •Must be able to type 30 wpm •Ability to work independently and with others Working Title: Coordinator I Pay rate: $19.25 - $24.75 per hour (Depending on Experience) Position Type: Full-time; Non-exempt Schedule: Alternative Work Week Schedule - Mon-Thurs 7:30 am-5:00 pm & Fri 7:30 am-12:30 pm Other:We conduct assessment testing and post offer background checks Benefits Health Advocates offers a comprehensive benefits package to meet the needs of today's employees.
