My name is Holly Cooper and I am searching for personal care attendants (PCAs) to help me with my daily activities as I have a neuromuscular disease which has left me very physically weak. I am 30. I grew up in Davis, but lived in Berkeley for a number of years for college and graduate school. I am looking for 1-2 PCAs who can cover the available shifts below. I live in Davis near the intersection of Pole Line and 5th St., which is right by public transportation. Parking is also available. I enjoy music, films/television, and traveling. I enjoy talking, but also appreciate my quiet time. I am an easygoing person and am looking for female applicants to join a dynamic team of people that help me with my daily life. Looking for applicants who could start ASAP. No previous experience needed, but it is preferred. This is also a great position for someone who is looking to gain more experience in the healthcare field. Requirements: MUST HAVE A US ID AND SOCIAL SECURITY CARD, must have valid Driver’s License and clean driving record, must be comfortable lifting (~70lbs). Looking for a reliable caregiver to help me get out of bed in the morning and throughout the day from approximately 7 AM to 3 PM. Or, 9 AM to 4 PM depending on the day. Days needed are on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Sunday and Monday may alternate, meaning three to four days a week. Seeking IHSS approved caretaker part-time to assist care for my mother. Ideal candidate a woman available to work 2 to 3 days a week up to 5 hours a day. Duties includes assistance with bathing, grooming, hygiene at my home where my wife and myself will also be available as well. We live in the city of Roseville.
