Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of experience in fine dining or upscale cocktail bars. • Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, and premium spirits. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with and captivate guests. • Proven upselling skills and a talent for crafting bespoke cocktails. • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
