Position Summary The FOH Shift Supervisor plays a key support role in leading Front of House operations during scheduled shifts. This position helps oversee hosts, bartenders, servers, and bussers to ensure smooth, efficient service and a great guest experience. The ideal candidate has prior bartending experience, is detail-oriented, and can confidently lead a team during active service. Position is close to full-time but you must be able to work flexible hours day and night any day of the week. Some days arrive as early as 6:00 am and some nights work as late 9:00 pm.
