Part-time:  Sunday: 3:00-9:00pm Monday: 3:00-11:00pm Job Responsibilities: Provide quality customer service to all members and guests within the locker room. Deliver a high level of hospitality & integrity, while providing a world-class experience, to help our members live well. Use prescribed cleaners to clean all surfaces (including but not limited to mirrors, tiles, stainless, toilets, carpets, showers, steam, sauna, and lockers). Quickly and effectively collect towels for laundry and ensure clean towels are adequately stocked in both the locker room and the Spa. Stock all supplies throughout the locker room (including but not limited to soaps, shampoos, conditioners, lotions, hairbrushes, Q-tips, tissues, toilet paper, and paper towels). Ensure all containers are clean and legible. Report any malfunctioning or damaged equipment to the Operator and/or Supervisor. Maintain condition of lockers by checking for lost articles and debris, as well as wiping down no less than weekly. Use various tools such as mops, vacuums, and squeegees to maintain the cleanliness of all flooring throughout the locker room. Empty garbage dispensers throughout the locker room and the Spa. Clean and disinfect all surfaces necessary, including sandals and water dispensers in the Spa. Basic knowledge of the Club and Club offerings. Professionally enforce Club policies and procedures, including Children’s Guidelines.
