Daily responsibilities include managing incoming orders placed through our website, helping to fulfill these orders, and communicating with other departments and customers to resolve issues. Excellent customer service skills are required, both written and by phone. This is also a physical, on-your-feet position for someone ready to hustle. You must be able to lift 40 lbs and go up and down stairs. A basic working knowledge of wine and spirits is also required.
