Pascual, an award-winning Mexican-inspired restaurant in Washington, DC, is looking for a hardworking and passionate cook to join our evening service team at the tortilla station. This role is central to our kitchen and to delivering the authentic flavors our guests expect. Responsibilities: Prepare fresh masa and hand-press tortillas to order. Operate and maintain tortilla press and grill during service. Ensure consistency, timing, and quality of tortillas throughout service. Assist with prep work including masa mixing, portioning, and storage. Maintain a clean and organized station in line with health and safety standards. Support the culinary team with additional tasks as needed during service. Communicate effectively with chefs and service staff to ensure smooth flow of dishes. Requirements: Previous kitchen experience preferred; tortilla-making experience a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
