We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Vegan Sushi Chef ready to move beyond slicing fish and explore new culinary boundaries. Candidates must have open availability and be ready to start immediately. Responsibilities: - Managing inventory for our wide range of vegetables and other unique ingredients - Preparing all types of vegan sushi, including appetizers, nigiri, and hand rolls - Ensuring quality control with acute attention to detail in every dish - Complying with all nutrition and sanitation regulations - Fostering a positive, fun, and exciting environment through interaction with our guests and team - Handling prep and hourly seatings with a maximum of 12 guests per seating - Getting creative!
