The Position: The Operations Manager (OM) keeps our multi-faceted food business running smoothly day to day. This role is all about systems and logistics—perfect for someone who loves problem-solving, big-picture thinking supported by concrete action, and maintaining high standards of service. This position works closely with the Owner, Head Chef, and other team members to make sure our operations align with our vision: delivering a high-touch, premium service. As part of the leadership team, the OM plays a key role in keeping the business healthy, scalable, and true to our values: quality, sustainability, integrity, and creativity. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities from ensuring workflows are followed and the production space is well cared for, to overseeing the team in a way that empowers them to do their best work.
