Job Description : · Using Thai culinary training and strong cooking knowledge, preparing and cooking Thai Specialty dishes, pursuant to the Employer's high standards and under time pressure · Ensuring that the food prepared is authentic and represents the delicate Thai cuisine · Planning, designing, and developing recipes and menus, taking into account such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers · Determining how food should be presented, and creating decorative food displays · Supervising and training line cooks in the Thai culinary arts · Checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met · Checking the quantity and quality of received products · Checking stock levels and ordering supplies · Determining production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services · Following standards and regulations regarding sanitary practices · Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety Salary: $54,000/year Requirement: 24 months in any occupation demonstrating Thai cooking experience (2 years of experience in Thai cooking).
