Job Description: As a Line Cook at Langston Bar & Grille, you will play a crucial role in delivering a memorable dining experience to our guests. You will work closely with our talented culinary team to prepare and plate a variety of dishes from our menu. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about food, dedicated to maintaining high-quality standards, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities: Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and guidelines. Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies. Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere. Requirements: Previous experience as a Line Cook in a restaurant or similar culinary role is preferred. Knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen equipment. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
