We do a lot of large batch, cooking from scratch and are looking for a dedicated, detailed oriented person with a strong culinary background to join our team! The job position/requirements is as follows; - early a.m start time, Wednesdays and Thursdays off. - Saturday and Sunday are a must! - Reliable transportation. - 2 to 3 years cooking or kitchen experience minimum. - has the ability to follow recipes and the experience to put out the same quality product daily. - has critical decision making skills to pivot quickly. - having a catering or banquet cooking background is a plus. - ability to lift 50 lbs. Experience is good but not essential, we are willing to train anybody as long as you have the will to learn.
