At Stacks, we don’t just build taste—we help build futures. What You’ll Do as Our Head Chef As the Head Chef, you’ll be the culinary leader and creative force behind our kitchen. You’ll ensure that every burger, fry, and dish that leaves our kitchen meets the high standards that Stacks is known for. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and managing the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and consistency. Overseeing food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure every dish is a masterpiece. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment. Managing inventory and ensuring we’re always stocked with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Collaborating with the team to develop new menu items and seasonal specials. Training and mentoring kitchen staff to help them grow and succeed. What We’re Looking For We’re searching for a passionate and experienced chef who’s ready to lead by example and inspire the team. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role: 3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen, with leadership experience preferred. A deep love for food and a creative approach to menu development. Strong organizational and time-management skills to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
