Amelia Wynn Bistro is seeking an experienced line/cook (lunch ), dinner pantry/pastry cook, a.m. prep cook! We are a small, upscale restaurant with a locally sourced menu. We are looking for cooks with experience, however, our restaurant is a great spot for someone with entry-level culinary training to learn and grow with a professional team. Openings are available for those familiar with prep, pantry, salads, desserts, grill, and saute. Familiarity with Classic and New American cuisine is a plus, however we focus on education and cross-training for those interested in expanding their culinary knowledge. Full time and part time positions are available. Entry pay is $18/hour, plus a share of the tip pool to Back of House (BOH). Applicants with more experience may qualify for a higher opening wage. Our cooks can make on average upwards of $22+/hr depending on the season. We are currently open for lunch and dinner, Wednesday-Sunday.
