We’re looking for Front of House Team Members who thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and who take pride in creating memorable guest experiences. As one of the first faces our guests see, you’ll play an essential role in setting the tone of their visit with friendly, attentive, and professional service. What You’ll Do Customer Service Greet every guest with genuine enthusiasm and warmth. Provide attentive, responsive service to ensure each guest has a great experience. Handle customer requests and concerns with professionalism. Maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests and team members. Daily Operations Take orders and process payments using our Toast POS system. Pour coffee, make smoothies, açaí bowls, and other beverages, operate the espresso machine, and serve food/beverages. Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests. Bus and clean tables as needed to maintain a tidy dining area. Follow health and safety Assist with opening/closing tasks and general cleanliness including dishes, tables and floors. Knowledge & Growth Learn and accurately describe all of our menu items. Correctly pronounce menu items and confidently guide guests through their choices. Stay up to date with menu changes, new offerings, and training sessions. Expand your knowledge of Brazilian cuisine and craft beverages. Teamwork Support fellow team members and help cover shifts when needed. Stay flexible and ready to assist where needed to keep operations running smoothly. Contribute to a collaborative, respectful, and fun team culture. What We’re Looking For Availability to work mornings and weekends. Previous restaurant and cafe experience. Barista experience. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Food Handler’s Card (or ability to obtain). Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for up to 8 hours. Professional, friendly with a strong sense of hospitality.
