This position offers a unique blend of creative input, leadership opportunity, and hands-on hospitality in a setting where no two days are quite the same. You'll have the chance to: Shape our beverage program: Develop craft cocktail menus, curate wine and beer selections, create signature drinks, and design memorable beverage experiences Refine our hybrid service model: Lead the transition between counter service (day) and table service (evening), ensuring seamless operations Lead a dedicated team: Mentor and inspire our front-of-house staff while setting the standard for our signature blend of casual-yet-refined service Be part of our growth story: Contribute to our evolution as we expand our hours and offerings with full bar service Connect with our community: Become a familiar face to our regular guests and help welcome newcomers into our French-American oasis What You'll Bring to the Table Essential Ingredients: Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative approach Excellent communication skills and a calm presence during busy periods Basic knowledge of cocktails, wine and beer (extensive expertise not required enthusiasm to learn is more important!) Experience with both counter service and table service operations preferred Problem-solving abilities and the flexibility to adapt to changing situations ServSafe and TIPS certifications (or ability to obtain after hire) Responsibilities: Orchestrate exceptional dining experiences through leadership, training, and example- setting Oversee and refine our hybrid service model: counter service during the day, table service in the evenings Become our in-house expert on all menu offerings, from cr pes to French pastries to our craft cocktail and beverage program Develop and manage our craft cocktail menu and full bar operations Manage inventory for wine, beer, spirits, cocktail ingredients, and bar supplies Contribute creative ideas to our marketing efforts, social media, and special events Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and maintaining our point-of-sale system Handle customer complaints with grace and solve unexpected issues as they arise Train and mentor junior team members on both service styles Create training materials and programs for new hires and ongoing staff development Why Delphine's Kitchen?
