We are currently hiring for: ○ Lead Line Cook ($18.50-$26) ○ Kitchen Supervisor ($20-30/hr) ○ Assistant Kitchen Manager ($65-75k) ○ Fireside Pizza is located in the heart of the Palisades Tahoe Village and has been in operation since 2002. Duties and Responsibilities: • Staff management: Interviewing, Hiring, training, and leading the kitchen staff • Food preparation: Overseeing food preparation, production, and orders • Inventory and labor control: Monitoring labor costs and inventory issues • Kitchen safety: Monitoring sanitation and kitchen safety standards • Overseeing the training and development of kitchen staff • Progressive Discipline: Documentation, maintain fair standards, hold staff accountable • Candidates must be comfortable at working in a high volume and fast paced environment. • Fireside is an open kitchen where personal hygiene, behavior and appearance are important. • CA Food Handlers Card is required upon employment. • Spanish and English language skills are preferred but not required. • Pay is based on experience and may include tips Perks: • High Tip % • Free meal each shift. • Discounted Ski Passes available • Staff rewards. • End of season parties. • Flexible hours. • FUN work environment. • Team atmosphere. • Opportunities for development and progression. ○ IMPORTANT: TO APPLY - Please respond to this ad by emailing contact information and resume from there we will set up interviews.
