Dishwasher / Lavaplatos FULL TIME (Redondo beach)

We are looking for an experienced dishwasher who can work in a hand-washing environment. Our shop does not have any machine; everything is washed by hand. The ideal candidate: - [ ] Has a minimum of one year of experience - [ ] Can perform the job with intensity and speed - [ ] Can lift kitchen equipment up to 25 pounds - [ ] Pays attention to detail - [ ] Is not afraid of hard work and getting hands dirty Responsibilities - [ ] Regularly replace all trash containers and ensure that trash bins are emptied - [ ] Collect and wash dirty pans, tongs, and spoons used for cooking, and return them to the cooking station clean and ready for immediate use. - [ ] Wash dirty dishes and cutlery and bring them to the dining area ready for immediate use. - [ ] Continuously wash all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils and store them in their designated places in an orderly and tidy manner. - [ ] Sweep and mop the entire restaurant floor as needed - [ ] Ensure all cutting boards are properly cleaned and sanitized - [ ] Guarantee that all duties are completed promptly and within the established time frame The job is located at 610 Torrance Blvd, Redondo Beach, California. Work schedule is as follows: MONDAY - OFF TUESDAY - OFF WEDNESDAY - 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm THURSDAY - 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm FRIDAY - 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm SATURDAY - 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm SUNDAY - 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm This position pays $19.00 per hour + a minimum guarantee of $13.00 additional per hour in tips. MINIMUM TOTAL OF $32.00 per hour. NO DISHWASHER MACHINE IS USED AT THIS SHOP, EVERYTHING IS WASHED BY HAND The ideal candidate: - [ ] Will have a minimum of two years experience as a dishwasher using three sink compartments - [ ] Will perform all duties with intensity and speed - [ ] Is comfortable lifting up to 25 lb - [ ] Is obsessed with cleanliness - [ ] Is not afraid of working hard and getting dirty Job responsibilities include: - [ ] Replace all trash bin regularly and make sure trash bin are empty - [ ] Promptly pick up and wash all dirty pans, tweezer and spoon used for cooking and bring the back to the cooking station clean and ready for immediate use - [ ] Promptly wash all dirty dished and silverware and bring the back to the dining area ready for immediate use - [ ] Continuously wash all pots, pan and kitchen tools and store them where they belong in a neat and tie fashion - [ ] Broom and Mop the floor of the whole restaurant as needed - [ ] Make sure all cutting board are properly clean and sanitized - [ ] Ensure all duties are fulfilled in a timely fashion and within established timing The job is located in 610 Torrance blvd, Redondo beach, California.
