Job Purpose: The Dispense Barback plays a critical role in ensuring the bar operates smoothly by handling behind-the-scenes duties. This includes preparing and restocking supplies, managing the dispense area, and providing overall support to the bar team. By maintaining an organized and efficient back-of-house environment, the Dispense Barback helps bartenders focus on delivering top-quality drinks and exceptional guest experiences.
