About the Role The Slot Attendant to is responsible for handling routine slot machine-related customer complaints and identifying situations that may require supervisor intervention. Position Responsibilities Services minor machine malfunctions, preventative/routine maintenance, accurate preparation and completion of jackpot transactions, and communicating pertinent information to various support Departments Maintains confidentiality of all Ocean Casino Resort trade secrets and proprietary information including business processes, customer lists, marketing plans and any other confidential information Must follow all company/property Department policies and procedures as well as comply with existing CCC and DGE rules and regulations Technical responsibilities include, but are not limited to, issuance of checks for hand paid jackpots, verifying jackpot transactions, preparing appropriate documentation for jackpots and cash transactions in accordance with state and federal guidelines. Ensure all containers are clean and legible. Report any malfunctioning or damaged equipment to the Operator and/or Supervisor. Maintain condition of lockers by checking for lost articles and debris, as well as wiping down no less than weekly. Use various tools such as mops, vacuums, and squeegees to maintain the cleanliness of all flooring throughout the locker room. Empty garbage dispensers throughout the locker room and the Spa. Clean and disinfect all surfaces necessary, including sandals and water dispensers in the Spa. Basic knowledge of the Club and Club offerings. Professionally enforce Club policies and procedures, including Children’s Guidelines. Position Responsibilities Delivers completed cuisine to designated tables Supports wait staff by assisting them with delivery of food and retrieval of any supplies they may require Serves all customers according to established standards of quality Have knowledge of appropriate garnishes and sauces for each plate.
