Le Marais Bakery is looking for talented, diligents, organized Pastry / baker assistants to join our wonderful team, assisting with a selection of seasonal tarts, flans, croissants, brioches, and specialty pastries. the candidates will work alongside our Head Pastry Chef and viennoiserie team and will be provided with the best farmers' market offerings and Valrhona chocolates to create a line of seasonal tarts and pastries. Love of baking, finish work, and working with fresh seasonal ingredients are all a must.
