About the Position: In the Dishwasher role you will be working to maintain the kitchen work areas, ensuring all equipment and utensils are clean and orderly – helping to keep the front and back of house operations moving smooth. There is also opportunity to advance into prep and line cook. Essential Duties: • Provide clean equipment for the kitchen by washing dishes, pots, pans, and trays by hand and by using the dishwashing machine • Sweep and mop kitchen floors • Wash work tables and cleans food storage areas • Assist with trash and garbage • Help to load or unload supplies and transfer between storage and work areas • Basic food prep, cutting, washing, and chopping Qualifications: • Must have flexible schedule to work nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed • Prior experience a plus but not required
