Looking for a Skilled, Friendly Bartender

We are a groovy, little wine bar with craft cocktails committed to delivering exceptional drinks, top-tier service, and an inviting, comfortable atmosphere. Responsibilities: • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail • Craft high-quality cocktails with precision and consistency • Provide exceptional service and engage with guests to enhance their experience • Maintain an extensive knowledge of our cocktail menu, wine selection, and spirits • Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked • Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service protocols • Collaborate with the team to develop seasonal cocktail, wine & food menus • Prepare and serve bar snacks from the kitchen • Process transactions on POS system accurately, honestly and efficiently Qualifications: • 2+ years of bartending experience preferred • Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and wine • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude • TIPS, RBS and/or Food Handlers certification is a plus • Must be at least 21 years old • Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays • Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, and spirits • Ability to multitask, work well under pressure and excel with little supervision • Effective communication skills and respect for team members • Enthusiasm for hospitality and creating a welcoming environment Why Join Us? • Work with a talented, hard-working, dedicated, creative team • Serve some amazing customers • Opportunities for continued education • Employee discounts and perks
