Bartender at Country Club Sundance Club & Resort is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Weekend Bartenders. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks, according to our established recipes and standards. - Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. - Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and engaging in conversation to enhance their experience. - Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system, handling cash and credit card payments. - Assist in inventory management, including ordering, restocking, and monitoring supply levels to ensure the bar is adequately stocked. - Work collaboratively with other staff members to create a supportive and efficient team environment. Qualifications: - No prior bartending experience is needed; we will provide training! - Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. - Ability to work weekends and flexible hours, especially during peak times. - Must be at least 18 years old and possess any required certifications or licenses. (TABC) Additional Information: - If traveling from far, a gas allowance and room accommodations could be provided.
