Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: · Prepare hot and cold beverages · Services beverage and coffee bean counters · Prepares foods for re-sale · Helping in the preparation and making of baked goods · Opens and/or closes the coffeehouse as scheduled · Maintains cleanliness in every area of the store at all times- detail oriented · Delivers quality customer service at all times · Presents a positive attitude towards the job Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) · High School Diploma or GED graduate preferred · 1 year of Barista experience, or proof of completion of a Barista Training Program preferred · Ability to handle stress under pressure · Ability to provide quality customer service · Knowledge of working and calibrating La Marzocco KB90 and Victoria Arduino Mythos equipment preferred · Willingness to maintain a clean, healthy, and safe working environment · Ability to use Square POS system preferred · Ability to coordinate multiple activities with attention to detail · Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision Principals only. Hotel Maintenance Person (Eagle Rock)
Hotel: The Hills Inn Eagle Rock Hourly Rate $20.00 Total working days each week: 3 days to start (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday) with potential for 5 days based on performance.
