Part-Time Banquet & Catering Staff Needed (Brooklyn) Are you looking for flexible, part-time work in Brooklyn? Our catering company in Midwood is looking for reliable and professional banquet staff. Please note: We are NOT a restaurant. Our work is banquet style, which is often easier to manage and more focused on providing great guest service. We're Hiring for the Following Roles: Servers/Waiters (male and female staff ) Busboys/Busgirls Setup Staff & Runners What We Offer: Competitive Pay: Beginners start at $18/hour, with experienced staff earning up to $20–$25/hour based on performance. Guaranteed Hours: All shifts are a minimum of 5 hours. While most jobs run for about 6 hours, weekend shifts (Friday evenings and Saturdays) can extend to 8 hours. Flexible Schedule: We set our calendar a few weeks in advance, and you can pick up the shifts that fit your schedule. Your Role: Your main job is to provide excellent service to our guests. This means being on time, punctual, clean, neat, and attentive. We need people who are proactive and genuinely care about providing a great experience. Tasks include setting up the room with china and dishes, serving guests, and clearing tables. Specialized Experience: If you have specific experience with setting up buffets, action stations, or creating a well-designed food service area, please be sure to mention it in your application. We have special work available for skilled individuals. Appearance and Dress Code: Professional and well-groomed presentation is essential for a clean and safe environment when serving food. Hair must be neat, clean, and styled appropriately, with long hair tied back. Dress Code: You are only required to have black pants and black shoes (black sneakers are fine).
