Hello! We are a small gluten-free sourdough bread bakery prioritizing healthy whole grains and artisanal baking moving to Petaluma in January 2025. We have multiple positions available including bakery production and packaging/shipping fulfillment. Below is a general description of the production position, the packaging position is very similar. Ideally candidates will be able to cross-train and support the areas in need. Flexibility is a major component to this job as well as punctuality and work ethic. We are a small yet passionate crew, and looking for like minded team members who work well together and independently. There is a lot of room for growth in this company. Starting wage for production and packaging team is $18/hour with annual raises. We’re looking for a candidate who can assist in the production of our bread and other daily operational tasks. We’re looking for someone who: ● Can lift objects of 50 or more pounds with relative ease ● Can load and unload trays of bread in and from the baking oven ● Can help clean, wash, and maintain the production area ● Works well in a team setting ● Can dedicate at least 15-20 hours of work per week: Monday-Thursday and Sunday.
