This role is perfect for someone looking to pick up an extra shifts. Job Title: Busser / Food Expeditor Schedule: Part-time, primarily Friday evenings and weekends Overview: We are looking for a reliable, energetic individual to join our team. This hybrid role focuses on supporting both the front-of-house and kitchen teams by bussing tables, ensuring a clean and welcoming guest experience, and expediting food from the kitchen to guests with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Expedite food orders, ensuring correct dishes are delivered to the right tables in a timely manner Communicate effectively between kitchen and service staff to keep food flowing smoothly Clear, sanitize, and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean dining area Restock water, silverware, napkins, and other guest needs Support servers by delivering food and beverages as needed Assist with maintaining cleanliness of service areas, including kitchen pass, dish stations, and dining areas Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Qualifications: Previous restaurant, café, or hospitality experience preferred but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a focus on guest experience Must be available to work weekends and evenings Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs during shift Perks: Fun, supportive team environment Opportunity to learn about wine, food service, and hospitality Employee discounts on food and wine
