DISTRICT XI HUMAN RESOURCE COUNCIL POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT Position: Energy Bill Assistance Eligibility Specialist Schedule: Up to 40 hours/week; Monday – Friday (between 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) This position is seasonal (approximately from August through April) and contingent on client load. Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge of data entry and record keeping practices. Knowledge of a personal computer and entry into a database. Ability to follow rules and regulations to make correct determinations. Interaction with applicant households and with vendors on behalf of households may be necessary. At a minimum, you must have 1-2 spare bedrooms, a safe and pleasant living environment, reliable transportation, a high school diploma or GED and a designated backup Family Home Provider. All adult members of the household and frequent visitors to the home must have a clear criminal history and a DMV record without any major violations. Enriching Lives is highly committed to making successful matches and placements in the home of people who become Family Home Providers with our agency.
